Bellow + Outer Braid Exhaust Flexible pipe Description

New products of flexible pipe ‘the bellows’ are constructed of stainless steel (AISI 304) twin-walled tubes with braided stainless steel wire on the external surfaces, assembled with aluminized or stainless steel end caps.

These types have been used towards the rear section of the exhaust system where the exhaust temperature is typically up to 650º C. In the case of using petrol engines, these are used around the rear silencer. Whereas, Diesel engines, are used after the catalytic converter.

Exhaust Flexible Pipe is an important component in the automobile field that absorbs vibrations of the exhaust system and prevents excessive thermal contraction, leading to a comfortable ride. It is structured in various forms and sizes becoming the most ideal component in modern industrial flex pipes. Moreover, the Bellow + Outer Braid manufactured with the stainless steel SUS304 makes the product flexible and extends the life of the exhaust silencing system.
